In the last two weeks I have done live events in Arizona, Oregon, and Washington...and to anyone saying virtual is a thing of the past, think again:
I did a virtual comedy keynote for 1500 people from California about focusing on what matters most, and how that impacts our self-esteem. Thank you to my new friends at WIC for the important work you do!
But this isn't as much a post about a keynote as it is one about working with and listening to clients to create something incredible together. WIC has a mission, and we had one for the event: how do we bring 1500 people together and offer them reflection on their sense of purpose? How do we elevate a sense of self-esteem both for the individuals on the call and the team?
We decided to focus on the nonstop juggling act that life is for all the people on the call, and reflect back to them both the challenges they face, and how well they do that together.
Teamwork is simply a word. Offering insight into the complexities and importance of FOCUS and the dynamics of self-esteem is the next-level challenge we faced...and the audience stepped up with a resounding yes.
I love when ideas and fun collide. Especially when the client brings work that already sincerely matters and then we elevate that sense of meaning together.
