Hobbies and passions rule. They make you more diverse, deepen your knowledge, and expand your life.
They also improve your ability to focus and eliminate distractions.
Where does your inner nerd shine brightest?
Have I mentioned recently how much I love rare coins? It might have slipped my mind amidst writing articles for four different coin publications and sitting on the board of directors for two international coin organizations.
When I am not thinking or speaking about the ideas in my book, I am playing with round discs of metal.
I would actually have posted this sooner but I was buying, selling, and talking about coins all weekend at the Pacific Northwest Numismatic Association fall coin show in Tukwila WA.
What’s YOUR passion project or nerd thing that no one knows about? TELL ME! I will be here booking keynotes (and looking at coins) while you do.
